This painting was initially just an experiment. I was testing certain techniques and approaches and chose a simple old reference that I photographed while visiting a small mountain south of the town of Benidorm in Spain. It was, I believe, in 2023 or 2024. Despite that, in my opinion, the work turned out quite well. The experiment was successful.
