I painted this piece based on a reference I photographed during sunset in the small town of Cullera, near Valencia. The sunset was stunning, but this time I chose to capture an unusual angle for me—the side opposite to the sun itself. This painting portrays the evening view of the Albufera valley, bathed in soft twilight.
