This painting became my first canvas work in a long time. It depicts a view from Sierra Grossa in Alicante, looking out over the sea at sunset. Even though the sun itself was setting on the opposite side, the sky and the water still created an incredible scene — one I felt compelled to capture on canvas.

Overall, it was a very interesting experience, especially considering that over the past two years I had barely worked on canvas at all.
